Coffee Nerd only uses the freshest and finest selection of coffee beans, sourced from around the world, which are then expertly roasted by experienced master roasters in the UK. Once opened, our coffee only has a shelf life of four hours!

The technological wizardry behind the finished product involves processing using a hybrid roaster from Brazil, the only roaster of its kind in the UK. A convex heat system is used which generates a constant stream of hot air pressing through a drum that contains the beans. This speciality method creates a smooth and constant roast colour to the coffee beans whilst the traditional Italian method of slow roasting brings out the aromatic fullness of all the sugars and flavours. The result- the most perfectly roasted coffee beans.

Not only are the beans carefully selected for the best possible taste, but they are roasted on a daily basis and packaged immediately for optimum freshness. This prevents losing the deep texture of flavours and keeps the natural oils just oozing out, ready for the beans to be ground into the ideal delicious coffee.
